The <span class=\"caps\">DST<\/span> function on the site was not working, so rather than try to fix it, I\u2019m opting to use <span class=\"caps\">GMT<\/span> which does not observe <span class=\"caps\">DST<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>On a side note, I used to wear a wrist watch which I set to <span class=\"caps\">GMT<\/span>.  How lazy is that?
